Exercise Hips - To Slim and Lean

Here are some great hip exercise, to streamline and slimming quickly. The results will be seen in 2 weeks ... maybe less. Please do not think that you can do these exercises and you will soon have a slim and curvy hips within 3 days. It will not happen. But if you give me a few minutes each day, these exercises will help you to streamline your hips.

Hip Exercises - For Fast Slimming

1. Use a hula hoop

Using a hula hoop to help you remove fat from the hips ... Maybe there is no best hip exercises that get results like hula hoops. Now, you need to make a few things. First, the "hula hoop kids" just plain will not work for you. The reason is simple. They TOO LIGHT. They will quickly fell to the ground as they spin too fast. You do not have the control to keep it spinning hip.

All you need is a weighted hula hoops to make this work. Yes, it would cost more, but it is a big investment for you AND YOUR HIPS.

Another thing you need to make sure is that you only do this at most a few minutes each time round and do a few sets of 2-3 minutes every day ... for a total of 10 minutes.

Your goal is simple. 10 minutes a day. Some short sets and do this every day.

2. Side kicks

This works for the hips too, but there is one thing. Do not kick too hard. If you do, you may interfere and cause too much stress to the ligaments and joints. So just do a simple side kick. Do 10x to 10x the right foot and then with the left foot. Rest. Then repeat again for a total of 3 times out of 10 reps for each leg. Do this 3 times a week.
