You are tuned to keep myself in shape, and start right from the morning. But it took only a few days and your charge of energy as if melted in the air. Just a month joyful impatience gave way to disgust. Do you still have reason to engage in sports. What's the matter? Why is it so hard - to keep the right mindset for a long time?
